I totally agree, the first Steve Martin Pink Panther film was totally appalling.

Why is Martin doing films like that these days?  I used to remember a talented witty comedian from the 80s - you'd be hard pressed to find him now!

No one could replace Peter Sellers, he was a one off and perfect for the role.

One original TV show from The US of A is Dexter, whilst it is TV and not a movie and closely based on the book, is original enough to be praised.

Is the writers strike still on in the us or have are the yanks like goldfish with shuch a short memory they think that everything is new after let say 5 years.

I can not wait to see how the yanks kill "Kath & Kim". They will do like they always do get an overseas hit show take all the funny bits out and put a couple of either has beens or never was'es who think this is the next big thing.

I thought the US already did a Kath and Kim - it's called 'The Simple Life'.
