Is this the same person who tried to sue Cassandra Peterson (Elvira) for ripping off her character?
Yes; note she in turn ripped off Charles Addams! Contradicting the article in SFSA 13, apart from Plan Nine there is a film of her in character performing in character, although the provenance of the footage is disputed. Those promoting it claim it's a lost episode of The Vampira Show, however it appears to be a non-broadcast advert for the station.
