Mentions of Doctor Who in the press are picking up with the premieres of Torchwood next Monday (June 18) and The Runaway Bride (June 28).

Last Tuesday's Defrag column in The Australian had a picture of the Daleks. Post any Who mwdia refernces here.

The thing is in the Guide it said Eccleston(Chris)was going to be on. I'm confused. Posted by:dave1234114

You mean the Sydney Morning Herald guide? The same journal which published on January first that Torchwood would be on ABC this year? Posted by:Martin

I've just seen one of those TEN "I believe" promos with John Barrowman saying "...the twenty first century is when it all changes.". Has anyone else seen this? Do you think it was recorded especially for TEN? Posted by:Martin

You mean it was in a (not SA) paper called the Sunday Mail? The QLD one? Posted by:Martin

Despite more such nonsence from the SA Sunday Mail (and probably in other News publications) it is only The Runaway Bride on Thursday, and the rest of the series back in the 19.30 Saturdays slot. The ABC has now included the filler (20.15--20.25) programming, and it will be repeats of the Mr Bean cartoon. Posted by:Martin
