Rumours abound of a range of possible Doctor Who DVD releases for 2006. So far, Survival - the 7th Doctor's swansong - is expected for release in the UK in July 2006 and Revenge of the Cybermen , the controversially good (!) Tom Baker story has been classified as T.B.A with it's release date by the BBC. Further interesting rumours relate to John Levene (Sargeant Benton) having already recorded his commentaries for "The Time Monster" and "Invasion of the Dinosaurs" while completing his commentary for the soon to be released 1970 classic, "Inferno". As to whether these release dates are authentic and the titles will be on the shelves in 2006 remains to be seen..........but according to Levene at drwho-online.co.uk/releases/release-guide.htm, he has recorded the commentaries, so it is up to the BBC as to when we fans can complete our collection of classic series titles. > And considering the way they are being released, we may have to wait far beyond 2010 before that will be the day.......considering that it took until 2003 before all titles were available on VHS (after they began releasing them in 1986)
