Saw the Lester Superman II again. While this'd be the version I saw at the cinema, I'm way more familiar with the Australian TV cut, which features more Donner material.
I'm going to have to see the Donner version now!

Yes do that for sure, the Donner version is very interesting.
I'd also recommend you listen to his audio commentary as well - I'm not much of a fan of these commentaries, but this is certainly one of the best I've heard.
His commentary on the first Superman film is a must listen as well - you can get a genuine feel of his love for the character and his respect for its comic book origins.
Be interesting to see what you think.

I see warner bros has stated it will depend on the success of the next batman weather they'll make any more superman movies.

I must admit to not liking Superman Returns.
It was far too dour and serious to be an entertaining comic book film.
Superman should be the light to Batman's darkness and I felt the film was lacking in genuine thrills.
Hopefully if they do another Superman movie, Bryan Singer wont be directing it - they need someone who can give it some life.

One of my fave villains is Mr. Mxyzptlk--not for the imp himself but because Kal-El has to out think him.

Do the extras for four include the other Power Man footage?
