One suggestion which was made at the pub night was to create a banner for the club in order to advertise its existence. Whilst this seems like a good idea, it could attract people... I think the club has to decide if this is what they really want.

Another suggestion I have is that it might be a good idea to create masks and models of aliens at the club meetings. This sort of craft would be accessable to everyone. It is also relatively low cost.

I like the pub night to stay informal. if we have a banner then we might have to behave ourselves. that is never fun.

Nobody said anything about having the banner at pub meetings.  I would have thought it would be for things like quiz nights, maybe the picnic, probably anywhere we shouldn't, like maybe other club's functions ...

why dont we maskerade as other clubs and then they will see a bunch of loonies and come to us as we will be the more sane choice.
