1) This site can't tell the difference between the following characters:
The close of brackets after a quotation mark and a winky face. That gets annoying.
2) The Forums get out of order as soon as you go to page 2 onwards - you start getting forums from 2004 and others from all over the place....and when oyu go back to page 1, you end up with all types of forums from over the years. the archive systemneeds a overhaul.
3) Can we have more than 7 forums going on the one page (i.e. more than 7 topics under 'General discussion')?
It doesn't take long before our ideas get lost in the disorder of the archives.
4) The site needs a face lift. It needs to look cool. Can it be done?
5) When you enter Dr Who Fan cluub South Australia into a Google Search, we come out second.
we should be the first port of call on such a search. We need to raise our profile/status on the net.
Should we do a fundraiser to get these things happening?
(Just an idea) |

Is there any way you could encourage artwork on this site. Not in the format of of every page being a picture overlaid with text, though. I hate mags and websites that employ that technique. You could utilise the margins for this purpose but I would much prefer to see a gallery of original fan artwork. Is that possible ? |

Anything is possible, but are you prepared to provide said artwork? I'm no artist and therefore rely on other people providing these things.

I would like to think I was but, no, not an artist; just a wannabe. I would not hesitate to forward any attempt I might make except,...(and here is the crux),.... I have no way to get the graphics on-line. If I had then, believe me, you would be inundated with images that belong in the bin.And not the recycle bin, might I add. If I can find a way around this then I will happily submit a few examples of dire artwork. |

My argument with everyone ! However, I would love to contribute but I do not have a scanner,..etc. However, I do have a digital camera. If I can download a picture (of a picture) can someone then up-load/down-load that same picture, to this web-site? Somehow, I think anything I can do, You can do better. Is that not a song from the musical Annie ? |

I have a scanner you welcome to use, although it depends on what you are trying to scan.
It's only A4, and 300 DPI. Anything higher resolution tends to be blurry.

The only scanner I ever had was for photos`. However, I will try the camera option and see what happens. Thanks! |

Just got a new computer and associated hardware donated from my brother-in-law. It includes a scanner and printer. If I can get them working then you might (slowly) see a contribution or two. But I can`t promise! |
