I have figued it out, hoe the Turtle could still be Teenagers of abiut Twenty years. they go by female time. Isnt it true when you ask a female how ould they are they most of the time say they are 21. this is the same rule for turtles espacially Mutant ones.

Don't turtles live for over 150 years?
Which means their teenage years lasts longer, especially with drugs.

So if they live 150 yrs that about twice a human so that means they are a teenager for 14 year instead of 7 yrs. but they have been around for over Twenty that means they are about the legal drinking age in the States.

Unless they were born on 29th Febuary then that could explan it.
