"War of the Worlds" is a British story.

The DVD we watched at the SFSA was British.

It kept to Wells' story.

Cruise and Speilberg did it their way.

Wells and Jeff Wayne are still yet to be surpassed. I don't think it will ever happen.

I enjoyed the Brittish  version of WOTW, it had a quaint, home garage feel about it.
