hmm, we doing the Good, the bad and the ugly are we??
I'll go for Attack of the Cybermen - a poor excuse for a story, which made no sense and added nothing to existing Cybermen lore.
An awful start to Season 22. |

I'm not that much against Attack--they meant well, but it's not even Aliens of London material.
Battlefield vs Boom Town. |

Battlefield is the worst of those.
That story had so much potential, but it got ruined by bad dialogue and over production. A definite disappointment of the McCoy era. |

As per Bad Wolf, Boom Town is one of the least liked Eccleston's. But still better than Battlefield!
Carnival of Monsters vs Colony in Space.

Colony In Space gets it. I always found that story to be very slow and long winded, seemed very padded out.
Carnival had its flaws, but it was at least entertaining.
Delta and the Bannermen was simply awful, easily 'wins' this one!
I would rather watch Dalek 10 times than see anything from Season 24!!!! |

Carnival's excellent fun! Colony's main problem is the fact it's a six parter. Reverse the balance and it might be the other way...
Delta. Yep. 'Nuff said!
Destiny of the Daleks vs Earthshock.

Scrub Earhtshock from that; it's Destiny of the Daleks vs Dragonfire.

Dragonfire was appalling. An awful story from an awful season.
Four to Doomsday is the weaker of the 2. It seemed to have no purpose and long winded. At 4 parts, it felt much longer. |

I liked Dragonfire, it was the end of mel and the start of ace. and due to the constant bad reaction to 4 2 dooms day I have never seen it. |

I can't really comment on Fury From The Deep, as I havent seen it, so I'll go for Frontios.
Galaxy 4 definately is worse than Ghost Light. From what Ive seen of Galaxy, it appeared to be drawn out and dull.
I hate to say this, but a lot of the very early 1st Dr stories, Im not a huge fan of. Shocking I know!!! |

I'd stick up for Galaxy, but I know Jimmy'll side with you. Ghost Light it is. Conversly, I will stick up for Fury 'cos I know he's a fan!
More Hartnell to come...

Invasion of the Dinasours for sure! That was a classic example of a story over-reaching itself. It had some interesting concepts, but the production design let things down considerably.
Image of the Fendahl is a great story! - What's it doing on this list I ask?????
I'll go for Meglos - that story never quite gelled together as well as it should have. A strangely forgettable one. |

Sorry, that's you saying "Invasion of the Dinosuars wins the bas story award"?--'cos that's how I'm reading it! Image is here because it took on Inferno--ha! Meglos took on, Marco Polo however...

Yes, I meant Invasion of Dinasours gets the bad story vote.
Pardise Towers is simply awful, one of the most appalling stories in the Dr Who canon. Towers gets the booby prize.
Planet of Giants also 'wins'. I actually don't mind Planet of Fire, I think its a pretty campy story if you get into it the right way!!

Planet of the Spiders I never liked. Too drawn out and too many dull patches. It was definately time for Pertwee to go at this point.
Robot was an ok opener, but fairly weak. I think Revelation of the Daleks is a great story, definately one of the better Colin Baker ones. |

Resurrection was very striking, but since Spiders is on Jimmy's good list you're outvoted.
Revelation had a huge scripting flaw as a two parter, and a huger one as a four parter. However I see Robot's on Jimmy's bad list, so no help there!
Silver Nemesis vs Snakedance.
Survival vs Terminus. |
